To me the man in the yellow suit is very mysterious because he stole the horse without them knowing it was him who stole the horse .Also he was following Winnie and he knew about the spring before they even told anybody .He was going to bottle the water and sell it for a really expensive price without the Tuck’s permission .But in the story a bad thing happened with the man in the yellow suit just a the constable came ,and the man in the yellow suit was working with the constable without him knowing that the yellow suit man was the one who stole the horse .So that is why i think that the man in the yellow suit was very mysterious .
