Thankful

I am thankful for my mental health, I am thankful for my mental health because I am a more positive upbeat person. When I am sad or mad I can fix my emotions very quickly, and I don’t stay down on myself very often. I can look on the brighter side of things and see the glass half filled. I am thankful for my mental health, What are you thankful for?

    I wish that you would have told the reader in your post an example of when you felt down and how you got to be more happy!
    I wonder would you say that being with friends can help uplift your emotions?

  2. I am thankful for my family.I like that you you always have a bright side to escape to when you are sad. That is a good thing 😉. What do you mean by see the glass half full?
