Is Deforestation An Issue Kids Should Worry About?

Is Deforestation An Issue Kids Should Worry About?

Deforestation isn’t an issue kids should worry.  Deforestation is the rapid cutting down of trees. A reason I think that deforestation isn’t an issue kids should worry about because when the loggers make roads through the forests they help everyone in a few ways. They help the loggers GET to their careers in the forests and they can help people get through a gigantic forest.

Deforestation isn’t an issue kids should worry about. Another reason I think this because is the loggers didn’t cut down trees then some people, most likely farmers, wouldn’t have room to plant their crops and sell them. Then they won’t have enough money to purchase the things that they need for their family.

Deforestation isn’t an issue that kids should worry about. One more reason I think that deforestation isn’t an issue kids should worry about is because when people cut down the trees they might get rid of bad plants and animals that could hurt us. Some people may argue at this because 2,000 of the 3,000 plants that fight cancer live in rainforests and when trees are cut down they might die that way.

This is why I think that deforestation isn’t an issue that kids should worry about.

What do you think about deforestation?

Tell me in the comments. Thanks!

My favorite post to write was LuLu: The Amazing, Life Saving Pig because it was fun to learn about some heroic animals that did great things.

I did not change my blog theme because I like the background that it has which is a bunny.

The Best Blogger Is ……. Jayden!

The person I think should get an award is Jayden from Canada! I think this because Jayden wrote many articles for the blog challenge and she wrote about other thing like Disney Land,  Length of Classmates Hands, Emergency Kit, My Lovely Doggies and many other stories. She likes to write in paragraphs and she uses correct punctuation and spelling. Also, her blog theme isn’t distracting if you are trying to read a story. I think her stories are great. This is why I think that Jayden should be awarded.

10 Days of Pleasing Paris! Week 9 #16STUBC

In October of 2015 I went on a ten day trip to Paris, France. It was from October 5th to October 15th. When I went it was my first airplane ride. I flew over the Atlantic Ocean. Everyday I did something new and saw something new.

The most exciting thing that I did was go to one of the highest places that you could go on top of the Eiffel Tower! It was extremely windy up on top because we were high up. There was also a beautiful view. We had to take elevators and stairs to get up there. I have a feeling that the elevators were a reddish, orangish color.

The tower was built by Gustave Eiffel and was opened on March 15th 1889. The Eiffel Tower is 984 inches tall. The Eiffel Tower is made out of iron. At night you may see the Eiffel Tower light up with twinkling lights and on top there is a big light that resembles a spotlight.

Another thing I did was go to Disneyland for the first and so far only time. There were roller coasters, a princess castle and many other rides. My favorite ride was …. The Indiana Jones Temple of Doom roller coaster! It had a 360 degree loop in it. I went on many times even by myself.  There were many other rides and walks etc. but the Indiana Jones Temple of Doom roller coaster was my absolute favorite.

These are some of the amazing things that I did and saw on my trip to Paris, France. Below are some french words translated into English. Maybe you can try and say these and before you know it you’ll be saying some French words fluently!

Merci (Mare-See) = Thank You

S’il vous plaȋt (See-Vou-Play) = Please

Oui (We) = Yes

Non (Na-N) = No

Bonjour (Bo-j-or) = Hello

Au Revoir (Or-iv-wa) = Goodbye
