What is the authors attitude toward the subject of the article?

Cheyann: Black

All though the author can have many tones I think that the author’s attitude towards the subject of the article was more so strict, also was stating it in a very important matter with the tone the author used towards everything, and lastly, the author made it come across a long process.

I think that the author came across kind of strict because, it states in the passage that “Many parties have disbanded, but two major parties and a number of minor ones still exist” I feel like the author was stating that you must be very into your job if you want to be in this particular position.

Also, the author made it sound like a important matter. For example, some of the things it states makes the author comes across that you must be very serious with wanting to be a candidate. For example, the article states, “It’s critical to understand the role of political parties.” I feel like the author was stating that it’s important to understand some of the things that you must know in order to be a Candidate.

The last tone the author gave me was that it was a pretty long and tiring process to become a United States Presidential Candidate. My reasoning is because the author didn’t have many exclamation marks or anything like that, so it made it seem to me that it was tiring and that you must know what you’re doing.

That’s how the author’s tone in the story comes across to me, strict ,in an important matter, and that it is a tiring and long process in order to become a United States Presidential Candidate.

How does Fiction make imaginary things come to life?

Fiction can bring imaginary ideas to life by using realistic events. This can give you an idea that actually could come to life and makes you think about it. For example, an author could use real life problems but extraordinary characters, also real settings can help bring together the story better, the author can also have realistic items in the story, but use them in an crazy exotic way that makes it seem more imaginary.

By using realistic events, but extraordinary characters (or the other way around), it can provide wonder to the story. Using realistic events can make the story have more detail and by doing that can make everything seem more realistic, but also imaginary. If it is a realistic event maybe people can create that event. If it is a realistic character you can easily notice that it’s real but obviously by the whole realistic fiction thing the author is going to have an extraordinary situation and position.

Next, fiction can bring imaginary things to life by using real items (example a brush) but use them in an crazy exotic way that makes it fiction and seems more imaginary. The place and time can also bring imaginary fiction to life. It can bring it to life by if the setting is realistic (for example a mall) it can be easily be bring to life. You can easily have a realistic time setting too. Instead of having a recent time setting.

That’s how fiction can bring Imaginary things to life. By using real life problems but extraordinary events, and having realistic items in the story, but use them in a crazy exotic way.
