My goal was to exercise a lot this week and get into a good shape. I finished that goal! On everyday this week, I went out and did some kind of exercise! I am super happy that I completed this goal! I made it to my goal because my mom told me that we were going to Petra Church to walk around the field, (they have a walking path), and when she said that it made me remember my goal.
I measured my goal by how many miles I walked each day or how much exercise I got. Tuesday, my mom and I did one mile. On Wednesday, it was exercise day and we did a lot of exercise! Finally, on Thursday we did two miles around Petra’s walking path!
After I finished my goal, I felt amazing! I really felt happier whenever I went on a walk. Also going with my mom and having her by my side made me feel more encouraged. My next steps are to continue walking or exercising everyday! I want to at least do one mile per day!
