This is trout. Trout are the most common fish on the eastern seaboard. Trout fishing is very fun. There are 3 kinds of fish, rainbow, brown and golden rainbow trout.

This is a catfish. Catfish is a kind of fish that is invading the eastern seaboard. Catfish range from 2 inches to 10 feet. If you catch a catfish, please eat it or kill it.

This is perch. Perch is a fish that is starting to be endangered. Perch range from 2 inches to 2 feet. If you catch a perch please release it or if its big enough, you may eat it.

This is bass. Bass are another common species. There are many kinds of bass, red eyed rock bass, rock bass, small mouth bass, large mouth bass, and of course, the green bass. Bass are from a family called the pan fish family.

This is a sunfish. Sunfish are a very common species. In fact, I have one as a pet. Sunfish are found in every continent in the world except Antarctica.

This is carp. Carp are an invasive species. Asian carp are in rivers and are effecting water sheds. Although, some carp are native to Pensilvanias’ water Sheds.

This is a gar. Although they are from Florida, they are a common type of freshwater species to talk about. Gars have very sharp teeth. Aligator gars have the most largest teeth of any other.
